One World One Heart 2011

OWOH is here, hurray! 
It's the beloved Lisa Swifka's 5th annual One World One Heart Giveaway,  
My name is Waxela (wa-shay-la), and I have always been an artist.  I make art dolls and sock monkey cake toppers, among other things.  I have two kids, a toddler and a teen.  I never know who is going to have the next tantrum...my toddler, my teen, or me!  Occasionally my husband has a meltdown too, but usually he's picking up the pieces and putting us all back together.

I'm so happy to share this fun event with you and to offer a little something I made.

My door prize is a One World One Heart mixed media fairy that I made especially for this event:

She can be hung on a wall and has a plush body, polymer clay face, arms, and legs, and laminated paper wings, and a beaded wand.
She will be flying to the winner with a package of 4 heart fabric covered buttons which I covered, and a polymer clay textured heart which I also made.


The drawing is open to all bloggers.
If you would like to be included in my giveaway drawing, please leave a comment on this post and be sure I can reach you through your blog or leave your email address.  
The sign up ends on Feb. 17th at midnight.  On Feb 18th I will randomly choose a  winner and post the name on my blog. (I will email the winner too).
I would like it if you include a link to your OWOH post if you are participating so I can visit your blog too!

    Also, look here man. I saw that Lakshmi doll up there and laughed - but really to cover a shudder Because last year I had this horrible fucking dog (I said fuck on your blog) that I hated. I took her in because I am stupid. I named her Laxmi and totally tried to make it work. But she was a wiener dog and they are ugly, aren't they? I have another one, but he's a mix with a scrunchy face, so he's not so bad looking. But Laxmi was the dog from hell.
    I hated her.
    I got rid of that dog speedy quick and repressed the whole memory and moved on.
    Until.
    I joined OWOH.
    And started visiting around.
    And came to your blog.
